BSSL strives to provide quality service for all of its clients. An integral part of this process is receiving feedback, whether it be positive or negative, from the student groups and other organizations that rent our services.
To do so, you can download and print a Customer Feedback Form here. These can be returned to BSSL during office hours, or if you would like to remain anonymous, slid under our door.
We value the time that our clients put in to taking the time to give us feedback, whether it be positive or negative, and would greatly appreciate any feedback or suggestions that you may have.
Note - BSSL recently switched over its Small Lighting system from incandescent to LED's. Given good customer feedback, we are looking to switch over our Medium and Large systems as well. If your group reserved Small Lights and you have any comments, questions or concerns about the new equipment, please let us know!
